Razer said that the Blade 15 “was simply the best gaming laptop they had ever created,” when they presented the updated model for 2020. The company has been investing a lot in this notebook for a few years now, they are adding increasingly powerful hardware components in a minimalist and attractive case.

Razer Blade 15 Base Edition specs
So, after introducing the Hammerhead True Wireless Pro headset, the next step is the Razer Blade 15 Base Edition as an overall model variant with a 15.6-inch screen, FHD resolution, 4.9 mm bezels, a 120Hz refresh rate, and 100% coverage of the sRG color range with factory calibration. Its chassis is built in aluminum with that black anodized finish familiar in the series.
Inside, a tenth generation Intel Core i7-10750H processor stands out, with 6 cores and 12 threads that can reach 5GHz working frequency. Razer Blade 15 Base Edition has an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti with 6GB dedicated GDDR6 RAM.
There’s a 256GB NVMe PCIe SSD, with an available M.2 slot to install a second unit in case you need more. It equips 16GB DDR4-2933MHz RAM. There is no lack of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, USB 3.2 ports (Type C and Type A), HDMI 2.0B output, a THX audio system and it is compatible with the 7.1 system, and it also comes with an HD webcam.
Its keyboard has single-zone RGB backlighting with Razer Chroma technology, while the Synapse 3 offers a programmable keyboard, backlighting, and fan control. Its touchpad is a precision glass touch panel. It has a 60.8WHr battery (180W power adapter) and finally, Razer Blade 15 Base Edition weighs only 2.05 kg.

Razer Blade 15 Base Edition pre-installs Windows 10, has an official $1,499 price tag, and will be available from December 25th.
