Lenovo G27q-20 and G27-20 specs
The new Lenovo monitors (G27q-20 and G27-20) are intended to serve a mid-range segment where you can view your favorite games without having to compromise. Or to dedicate it to any other computer task because its flat screen with IPS panel allows it.
Both models offer a 27-inch diagonal with a 16:9 aspect ratio, 400-nit brightness, support for high dynamic range HDR, and coverage for 99% of the sRGB color range. They are calibrated to an 8-bit + FRC quality standard, capable of displaying virtually the same number of colors as a 10-bit monitor.
As it could not be less in gaming monitors, they support the FreeSync Premium AMD image synchronization technology. The difference between the two models comes from the resolution and refresh rate. The Lenovo G27q-20 has a native QHD resolution (2560 x 1440 pixels) and a 165Hz refresh rate. The Lenovo G27-20 has an FHD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels) and a 144Hz refresh rate.
In terms of design, Lenovo has extensively lowered the bezels on three of its sides and its V-shaped base has been redesigned to provide a futuristic look and ensure the stability of the whole. It has smart blue-green LED lighting and is adjustable in height and tilt.
Both monitors are certified by TÜV Rheinland as flicker-free and emit reduced levels of blue light to help protect the user’s eyesight during long game sessions. They have HDMI and DisplayPort video inputs, as well as an audio output for peripherals. Lenovo offers the Artery software suite, which allows you to adjust the screen brightness, contrast, and monitor colors.
