Cyberpunk 2077 release date is delayed once again. November is the month of game releases. CD Projekt Red announced on Twitter that the official release date will be December 10th. They attribute this situation to the “challenge of developing and testing nine versions of the game (one for each platform) working from home.”
- Cyberpunk 2077 will use AI to synchronize lips in 10 different languages
- Crysis Remastered will have ray tracing on Xbox One X and PS4 Pro
- PS5 cooling system will collect data from games
“The game is ready, can be completed”
The Polish studio has apologized to the players who are waiting for the title and they did not want to miss the opportunity to give some explanation. They assure that their great challenge is to launch a game for the current generation, for the new generation (which is just around the corner), and for PC at the same time.
They stated: “The biggest challenge for us right now is shipping the game on current-gen, next-gen, and PC at the same time, which requires us to prepare and test 9 versions of it while working from home.” It is true that making each version perfect is a challenge, but it is also true that the studio assured a few days ago that Cyberpunk 2077 is “going gold.”

What does this mean? According to the tweet, it means that “the game is ready, can be completed and has all the content in it.”
On paper, it seems that the game is ready, but they also add that: “It doesn’t mean that we stop working on it and raising the quality bar”. They claim that during this time many improvements are made and the game “will be distributed via 0 Day patch.”
