Microsoft developers have long focused on the Windows 10 clipboard. They have increased its capabilities with the new clipboard manager and now they want it to serve as a bridge between the computer and the phone.
Being able to copy a text or photo to the phone and paste it into a document on the computer would make the task easier and save a lot of time. This possibility was already considered in 2018 but, after passing some tests, it ended up being postponed without a planned launch date.
This function will be included in the next Windows 10 update according to some rumors. This practical tool will be placed on the SwiftKey keyboard that Microsoft has developed for Android mobiles.
This alternative keyboard can be downloaded from the application store for free and installed on the phone as an alternative to the keyboard that comes pre-installed. In addition to having tools such as smart typing prediction that studies our style to get more accurate in their proposals, the keyboard will also have this clipboard in the cloud.
At the moment there is not much more information about it. The beta version of Windows 10 clipboard update allows us to copy on the mobile and paste on the computer. The function may eventually be integrated into your Apple mobile keyboard application as well.
