Apple indicates that the Apple Fitness+’s recommendation engine will offer each user special workouts that suit them best.

The multiple sensors of the Apple Watch 6 will detect movements to understand workouts, monitor the effort, control the pulsations and blood oxygen saturation. These characteristics make it possible for the system to know how the class has been for the user and offer statistics and trends at the end of each training session. All this will be synchronized in the Apple Fitness+ app on watch, mobile, tablet and TV.
On the other hand, users can take the opportunity to listen to music during classes directly from Apple Music. As long as you have an Apple Music subscription of course. Apple says you can even add friends on Apple Fitness+ so they can see your training accomplishments and compete with you. Finally, gym equipment that is compatible with Apple GymKit will be also synchronized with the clock and training classes.
Apple says Apple Fitness+ is the first training service created for the Apple Watch. The truth is that third-party apps already have similar services that can be practiced with the Apple watch. On the other hand, companies like Nike or Peloton have similar services to offer workouts at home or anywhere other than a gym.
Apple Fitness+ is available for $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year. Anyone who purchases a new Apple Watch will get three free months of the service. It will be available later this year in the United States, Canada, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. It is integrated into Apple One in these countries where it is available.
