Meta AI coming to WhatsApp

- Future update: The feature is still in the testing phase and is expected to be available to users in future updates to WhatsApp.
On the other hand, WhatsApp is testing something very cool. We will be able to create brand-new images from our own photos. How? By utilizing the power of artificial intelligence, of course.
To use the feature, artificial intelligence must first recognize us. So, we’ll need to photograph ourselves from a few different angles. Then, we enter Meta AI and type “Imagine me“, or you can type “@Meta AI imagine me” while in another chat. After using these commands, the AI will start working for you and creating images.
The best part is that Meta AI only sees the “Imagine me” command. In short, it cannot access other message content. The generated visuals will appear directly on the chat screen.
I think this feature will be a lot of fun! We can try different styles for our profile photos and share them with our friends.

- Type your prompt
- Meta AI’s response will appear in the chat
To generate an image with Meta AI:
- Open the chat you’d like to generate the image in
- Type “@” in the message field, then tap Meta AI
- Type “imagine” followed by your text prompt
- Tap the send button
