Roblox IKEA job applications are open! Yes, you didn’t hear anything wrong. You can earn hourly by working in an IKEA store in the Roblox universe. How? Here’s all we know…

You may remember the Metaverse universe, which promised a new way of living and working in the digital world for a long time. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. Last year, we heard about the Metaverse everywhere, but now we see nothing about it.

On the other hand, Metaverse projects have struggled to gain traction and have had limited success in delivering work experiences in the virtual world. This is where “The Co-Worker Game“, developed by IKEA on the Roblox platform, comes in.

Roblox IKEA store: When will the Roblox IKEA job application start?

IKEA’s new store will come to life in the Roblox universe on June 24. It will offer players entertainment, real work experience, and earning opportunities. A limited number of lucky players will be hired as virtual IKEA employees, working in different departments for an hourly wage. They will have realistic experiences such as helping customers, organizing products, and advancing their careers through promotions. Meanwhile, the 10 employees will be paid around $16.48 per hour.

The application process began on June 3 and will continue until June 16. IKEA will conduct virtual interviews between June 14 and 18 to assess candidates’ motivation and skills. Successful candidates will start their new jobs on June 24 and will have fun and earn money at the same time.

“The Co-Worker Game” will be open to all Roblox users, not just paid employees. Players can visit IKEA’s virtual store, create designs using products, and even serve delicious meatballs and salmon at the Swedish Food Market.

IKEA’s groundbreaking project is an important step towards integrating the Metaverse into business. The company aims to increase brand awareness and customer satisfaction while providing players a fun and lucrative experience.

This development, which raises hopes for the future of the Metaverse, is also an indicator that new business lines and economic models can emerge in the virtual world. IKEA’s bold move is an applaudable step, and we will see what happens in the coming days.
