  • Amazon Music is introducing Maestro, an AI tool that creates playlists based on your text instructions or emojis
  • You can request playlists for specific moods, genres, or weather conditions
  • Maestro allows you to save and share playlists, facilitating user music discovery
  • While currently in beta testing, Maestro promises to personalize the music listening experience on Amazon Music

Amazon Music is launching a new feature that allows music lovers to personalize their music experience further: Maestro. Maestro will be able to create playlists for you with artificial intelligence.

The new feature lets you easily create playlists using text commands or emojis.

If you remember, Spotify recently launched a similar feature. So what will Maestro provide? Let’s take a closer look.

You can create amazing playlists with Amazon Music

Amazon Music users can tell Maestro the playlist they want with text commands. For example, you can ask for a playlist to play in rainy weather or for popular hard rock songs from the 70s and 80s.

Maestro will understand you better, especially if you use emoji. For example, if you use the rainy cloud emoji, the AI can create a rainy weather playlist for you.

The generated playlists can be saved to users’ libraries and shared with other Amazon Music users, making it even easier to share music between users and listeners, who can share their refined musical tastes with each other.
