Apple’s affordable iPhone, the iPhone SE, could get a brand-new design in 2024.
According to some leaked information, the iPhone SE 4 will ditch the home button, get a modern look, and support Face ID.
iPhone SE 4 will come without a home button
In 2022, Apple updated the iPhone SE series by combining the body of the iPhone 8 with the processor of the iPhone 13. This move won Apple users’ appreciation by offering both an affordable and powerful iPhone model.
As I mentioned above, leaked information reveals that the iPhone SE 4 will differ greatly from its predecessor. Inspired by the iPhone 14, the new design features a notched display and Face ID sensor. In short, the home button is gone, replaced by a more usable home screen and Face ID.
The device’s back will have a single camera lens. The iPhone SE 4 is rumored to use the iPhone 14 processor and support 5G connectivity.
It remains unclear when the iPhone SE 4 will be released. The price, which is estimated to be released in the spring or fall of 2023, is also a matter of curiosity.
If you are looking for an affordable and modern iPhone, the iPhone SE 4 may be an ideal option. With modern elements like Face ID and a notched display, it could elevate Apple’s entry-level iPhones to a whole new level.
