All we know about the X smart TV app

The video, leaked by Nima Owji, shows various interface elements, such as a search function and profile pages, alongside a “For You” section with personalized recommendations and a dedicated section for short videos. X’s smart TV app will allow users to enjoy the platform’s vast library of content on big screens.

As the app is web-based, it will be available on a wide range of devices. This enables X to reach an audience beyond Amazon and Samsung smart TVs.

Personalized recommendations and advanced search functionality will help users easily find the content they seek. X’s focus on “long-form video” demonstrates the platform’s desire to become a hub for podcasts and other long-form content.

X‘s smart TV app could be an important step in expanding the platform’s user base and competing with rival platforms such as YouTube. The app’s diverse features and broad device compatibility have the potential to make X a major player in the smart TV market.

No official announcement has yet been made about the app’s release date and other details. We will continue to follow developments regarding this new initiative of X.
