Today, I shared with you that the Personal Health LLM mentioned at Google’s The Check Up event will be added to Fitbit, and health-related search results will be more comprehensive.
Let’s take a closer look. Fitbit announced a new AI feature to help you reach your fitness and health goals. Powered by Google’s Personal Health LLM, this feature will help you adopt a healthier lifestyle by providing personalized advice and guidance.
What will Google’s Personal Health LLM do?
The LLM will analyze your data in the Fitbit mobile app to create a personalized health plan. This plan will be tailored to your fitness level, health history, and goals and offer tailored advice on exercise and sleep.
On the other hand, the Personal Health LLM will make recommendations and analyze your health data to give you suggestions. For example, it will analyze changes in your sleep patterns and provide information to improve sleep quality.
When will it be available?
Although the Personal Health LLM is still under development, Google is expected to make it available soon. Fitbit Premium members will be the first to benefit from it.
In addition to Fitbit, Google is starting to include images and diagrams from “high-quality sources across the web” in search results. So, from now on, when you search for cancer, you may see images of an organ containing cancerous cells or images showing cancer symptoms.
We enter a future where technology becomes the key to a healthy life. Fitbit and Google’s collaboration is an important step towards increasing health awareness and building a healthier world with personalized health advice and visual search results. In short, it will help everyone adopt a healthy lifestyle and realize their full potential.
Remember: A healthy body is the foundation for a healthy mind. By taking advantage of the possibilities offered by technology, we can build a healthier and happier life.
