Don’t worry, you can use Galaxy AI for free when the S24 series comes out. There is no Galaxy AI pricing plan yet. However, things can change in the near future.

As we approach 2025, T.M. Roh, Samsung’s head of mobile, recently shed light on the fate of Galaxy AI, revealing that its current features will be free for users until that pivotal year. However, the post-2025 landscape remains veiled in uncertainty.

Galaxy AI pricing plans may come after 2025

As of now, Samsung has not unveiled specific pricing plans for the Galaxy AI post-2025. T.M. Roh, Samsung’s head of mobile, recently confirmed that the current features of Galaxy AI will remain free for users until 2025. Although the company has yet to make decisions regarding the financial model that will be adopted after this period, it hinted that there may be a monthly payment plan for it.

Roh, in an interview with ET Telecom, acknowledged that there are diverse needs among mobile AI users. Some users may find the existing free capabilities of Galaxy AI sufficient, while others may desire more advanced and powerful features. He hinted at the possibility of introducing paid subscription plans to cater to users who wish to access enhanced AI capabilities.

The decision-making process, as explained by Roh, will consider these varied needs and preferences. Samsung aims to strike a balance between offering valuable features for free and providing premium, advanced functionalities for those willing to subscribe.

While the specifics of pricing plans remain undisclosed, Samsung has over a year to formulate a comprehensive strategy. The company is expected to assess market trends, user feedback, and the evolving landscape of AI technology to design pricing plans that resonate with consumers.

As the tech giant navigates these decisions, users can anticipate a mix of free and premium offerings, ensuring that Galaxy AI continues to evolve and meet the diverse expectations of its user base. Samsung is likely to provide updates and details about pricing plans as the 2025 deadline approaches, keeping the global tech community eagerly awaiting the next chapter in Galaxy AI’s journey.
