LoL boy band Heartsteel: A unique musical experience

Heartsteel is a League of Legends band unlike any other. Riot Games identifies them as bold individuals committed to expressing themselves without fear of repercussions. Their goal is to achieve success on their own terms, pulling inspiration from a diverse spectrum of musical genres and influences to create something really unique.

“The idea of an all-male band has long been speculated on by fans, and we’re so excited to bring this fantasy to life. HEARTSTEEL is a deep collaboration between all our talented in-house creative teams and some incredible new artists. The ethos of HEARTSTEEL is a supergroup of musical soulmates greater than the sum of its parts – a philosophy that our community embodies every day through their dedication to our games,” said Maria Egan, Global Head of Music & Events at Riot Games Entertainment.

Heartsteel is the latest virtual music group to join Riot Games’ roster, which currently includes K/DA (K-pop), Pentakill (heavy metal), and True Damage (hip-hop). All of these teams have made an impression at the League of Legends World Championships. Heartsteel may possibly appear at this famous event on November 19th, adding to the excitement.

Meet the LoL boy band Heartsteel lineup and their roles

Heartsteel’s lineup features a diverse range of talent that is sure to attract spectators. Ezreal is played by Baekhyun, Sett is played by ZI, K’Sante is played by Tobi Lou, and Kayn is played by Cal Scruby. The ensemble also includes iconic League of Legends characters Yone and Aphelios. Yone is the group’s ‘producer,’ while Aphelios is the ‘instrumentalist and songwriter.’ Their vocal contributions to the songs are kept under wraps.

Riot Games has had an incredible musical journey, beginning with the release of K/DA in 2018, which featured members of (G)I-DLE, Madison Beer, and Jaira Burns. The virtual metal sensation Pentakill and the hip-hop sensation True Damage followed. Riot has an indisputable footprint in the virtual music scene.

Heartsteel is gearing up to make a huge impression in the virtual music world, with their first song, “Paranoia,” on the horizon. Can they topple the legendary K/DA? Only time will tell, but one thing is certain: they will leave an indelible stamp on League of Legends’ musical legacy. Keep an eye out for “Paranoia” and be ready to see the birth of Heartsteel, a new phenomenon in the League of Legends realm.
