A brand-new task was included in the Warzone 2 Season 5 update, the Abandoned Vehicle DMZ mission. Commander Graves’ Shadow Company is to complete this assignment. As it turns out, General Shepherd continues to own the business for a variety of purposes.
We are now the ones in the field carrying out their missions. We need to acquire and operate an MRAP-heavy vehicle for the Abandoned Vehicle objective. For MRAP trucks to operate in DMZ mode, a certain key is required.
So, let’s go headfirst into the Abandoned Vehicle DMZ mission, shall we?
Where to find MRAP Abandoned Vehicle DMZ mission?
Abandoned Vehicle DMZ mission, purchasing an MRAP key from a Buy Station is the recommended course of action. The MRAP key is only found at Al Mazrah Buy Stations, and they cost a hefty $200,000 each. Your maximum wallet size is $100,000 without a wallet extension, therefore you’ll need to earn an additional $100,000 in the field to purchase an MRAP key.
I advise finishing contracts, unlocking safes, and robbing strongholds if you want to make money quickly. Obtaining an additional $100,000 in a single run will be challenging, but not impossible. Thankfully, there is another way to obtain the MRAP key in the DMZ.
An MRAP key is also available. Strongholds haven’t had any MRAP keys that I’ve looked at, but you could strike it lucky and discover one there. The greatest place to find MRAP keys, in my opinion, is likely to be behind closed doors, like the Embassy. This information will be updated as soon as we determine where exactly you may get an MRAP key.
Warzone DMZ: All MRAP locations
MRAPs are brand-new, highly protected vehicles that are exclusive to Al Mazrah in Warzone. In every game I’ve played, I’ve discovered an MRAP close to Ahkdar Village, Al Mazrah City, and Hafid Port. Simply open your tac-map and search for the MRAP icon to locate an MRAP. Move out after marking it.
You need an MRAP key to start the vehicle, so hopefully you have one. You cannot finish the Abandoned Vehicle quest without the key. It can take some time, but if you’re patient, you’ll finish the Abandoned Vehicle objective in no time.
Will Season 5 of DMZ have a reset?
No, COD DMZ will not reset in Season 5. That is the quick response. If you still have weapons in your arsenal that you haven’t had a chance to use, you may relax knowing that they will still be there until the next season begins on August 2. Weapons, though, aren’t necessarily the biggest worry for advancement.
The majority of players attempt to finish Faction Missions in the DMZ to get access to new upgrades like Insurance Slots. Insurance Slots and all Faction advancement were completely erased when one of the worst wipes for the DMZ in Season 4 occurred. Everyone began from scratch, and new procedures were implemented.
With Season 5, that won’t be the case. There won’t likely be a real reset until the launch of the following Call of Duty game, which is only a few months away. Even before the impending release of MW3, the DMZ had just one reset that erased everything.
Soft resets have also occurred, such as when the cache was depleted. This usually encourages everyone to keep working hard during a new Season. It is doable, but I would much prefer to have the weapon stockpile reset than all the faction advancement. But keep moving on and don’t worry about all your assignments.
