Now, let’s take a look at each of them one by one.
Del Lago
In the Resident Evil 4 remake, Del Lago is the first boss you face. Using the harpoon on the boat you are on, you will take it down while you are on the lake. You must maintain your composure and aim steadily to impale the beast in this difficult battle.
El Gigante
Upon pursuing Ashley, El Gigante is discovered shortly after Del Lago. As you get back to the quarry area, it will try to get through a big door, therefore you have to hide in houses to defeat it. If you saved the dog earlier in the game after hearing it yell, you can also request additional help.
Bitores Mendez
One of your first significant enemies in the game is Mendez, and the time will ultimately come to eliminate him. You will be completely destroyed by his mutant form, so prepare with weapons and firepower.
Garrador
The Garrador is a unique enemy that only seldom appears in the game. It will first chase you through a passageway beneath the castle; to get behind it and defeat it, fire the vulnerable point on its back while remaining stealthy.
El Gigante Armored
You must use a cannon to defeat a second giantess after El Gigante when you are on the castle walls. Together with a few other enemies, this poses the biggest threat, so make sure to aim steadily and eliminate it to enable exploration and advancement.
Twin Garradors
A little later in the castle, the Twin Garradors reappear. But this time, there are also quite a few additional adversaries. To sneak away and shoot the Garradors in the back one at a time, you will need to utilize stealth to lead them around the area. Using the assaults of different foes might also be a wise move.
Verdugo
This tall-legged creature will pursue you through the facility’s corridors, and you may either choose to freeze it to kill it or sprint right through it to continue. It is one of the game’s most challenging opponents.
El Gigante & El Gigante Armored
You will eventually confront El Gigante again after reconnecting with Luis, but this time he has brought his armored companion along to make things much more difficult for you. While you can harm them and kill them conventionally, the best course of action is to drop them in the lava utilizing the console and trap door.
Krauser
Soon after Leon defeats the previous boss, Krauser will reappear and taunt him. It’s your responsibility to take him out using your knife, evasion techniques, and parrying to force him to flee.
Ramon Salazar
The castle’s ruler, Ramon Salazar, has been teasing you ever since you arrived. You will need to remove Ashley’s repulsive Las Plagas mutant form from the ground after he is transported to the island since he roams the arena releasing repulsive pulsing spores and overall being a pain.
Mutated Krauser
On the island, Krauser will issue Leon one more challenge. He will start by challenging him to a knife fight after jumping up and out of the arena for a combat challenge and firing from a distance. You will need your knife and some powerful weapons to escape being skewered since after that, he will evolve and acquire a lethal arm that can kill you in one or two hits.
Saddler
After defeating all of the previous monsters, you will finally face Saddler, a massive beast perched atop a sizable mechanical building. You can kill him and put a stop to his intentions to spread the Las Plagas virus throughout the world by shooting him in the eyeballs.
