You receive a treasure map from an enchanted well that shows a buried treasure in the Highlands, but the only standout feature on the map is a lone tree in the center of some crumbling ruins.

How to get to Hogwarts Legacy Well Well Well location?
In the South Hogwarts Area, southeast of Aranshire, is the task giver for the “Well, Well, Well” side quest. To begin the quest and get a map pointing you in the direction of the treasure, wait for the well to finish their discourse.
You’ll need to locate the wealth using only a few sketches on paper, which might be challenging in Hogwarts Legacy’s enormous open environment.
Though the Well, Well, Well Side Quest can be started quite early in the game, it is advised to advance the main plot until you complete the Flying Class Main Quest and purchase the flying broom from Spintwitches Sports Requirements in Hogsmeade.
In the South Hogwarts Area, southeast of Aranshire, is the task giver for the “Well, Well, Well” side quest. To begin the quest and get a map pointing you in the direction of the treasure, wait for the well to finish their discourse.
You can also notice the side quest indicator on the minimap as you get closer to the location of the Magical Well.
Interact with the Magical Well once you’ve located it to prevent it from choking.

You’ll now need to find the prize using only a simple treasure map, just like in the Ghost Of Our Love or The Hippogriff Marks The Place Side Quests.
A stone bridge leading to a lone tree hidden among some ruins is depicted on the map of the Well’s Treasure.
As no other primary or side quest leads you there, you are less likely to be familiar with this location.
Go to the Irondale hamlet in the Feldcroft Area to locate the location marked on the Well’s Treasure Map.
Go on your flying broom and travel southwest into the Feldcroft Ancient Magic Hotspot to locate ruins after you arrive at Irondale hamlet.
One of the four Feldcroft Landing Platforms described here is also present close to the ruins.
The lone tree between the ruins can be found in the precise place shown in the photograph below.
Cast Levioso to pull the tree out of the ground after you arrive at the tree indicated on the treasure map in order to discover the treasure chest fastened to the tree’s roots.
To open the treasure chest and receive 400 Galleons and the Treasure-Bicorne Seeker’s Hat appearance gear, approach the floating tree.
