So many gamers have been having the Valorant Flashback email issue which causes you to not get a recap mail even though you opted in before the deadline. We will take a look at how you can fix it and how you can still get the recap if you haven’t opted in before.
‘Wrapped,’ ‘Recap,’ or words to that effect have been popular this year. Several businesses, applications, and platforms have previously provided their customers with a yearly overview of their activity and noteworthy events. Spotify, YouTube Music, Apple Music, and Reddit all offer their own ‘Recap’ feature (albeit with different names). Even games like Valorant provide a similar experience. In the game, Valorant Flashback 2022 is the equivalent of ‘Wrapped’ or ‘Recap’. Although many players have already got it, you can still obtain it.
How to fix Valorant Flashback email issue?
Unfortunately, some players who meet the condition have yet to get the email. So it appears that obtaining it is a question of chance. There have even been reports of gamers receiving emails containing the stats of an incorrect account. The Valorant team has yet to publish an official statement on the Valorant Flashback email issue.
How to get Valorant Flashback 2022?
Riot explains VALFlashback as the following on the game’s official site.
“Ever wonder if your most played Agent is the one you play best? Or how many headshots you landed in 2022? If so, be sure you’ve opted-in to receive VALORANT marketing emails by Dec. 26 because at the end of the year, we’ll be sending out your personalized #VALFlashback email with stats detailing all the cool stuff you achieved in 2022. Want bragging rights? Share the progress you’ve made in-game and your best/worst/craziest moments from 2022 on your socials.”
On December 26, Valorant developers issued a last appeal to individuals interested in receiving their Flashback 2022 via a tweet. Unlike other services, where it is sent automatically, you must select an option.
Make sure you opt in to receive our emails, so you don't miss your own personalized #VALFlashback summary.

By selecting this option, players will start receiving the Wrapped through email. This procedure, however, is now complete, as players had to opt in to receive Valorant marketing emails before December 26. If you were left out of the process but want your Valorant Wrapped 2022, you may still have a chance. The Valorant team responded to a player by saying that it is not too late to join.
It's not too late to opt in!
