Today we are here to explain how to finish the It goes to 11 WotLK quest. If you were unable to finish the quest to get the rewards, read on!
In the old version of the game, this quest was bugged. But now, WotLK Classic brought the old nostalgic times, without bugs! Some older players will remember these comments from veteran players:
“The harpoon cannons in the Howling Fjord Quest “It Goes To 11…” appear to be broken because they won’t fire at all. Though I had never undertaken that quest before, I am confident that I am following the correct procedures. The activation tool next to your task says “No Target” when you attempt to click it. really frustrating”
“I can attest that this quest contains bugs. I was able to utilize the harpoon, but neither the defenders nor the buildings were harmed. I eventually was kicked off the harpoon. It took around three minutes to get there.”

It goes to 11 WotLK quest explained
In summary: The Dragonflayer Longhouse, Dragonflayer Dockhouse, Dragonslayer Storage Facility, and 8 Dragonflayer Defenders are to be destroyed, according to Lieutenant Icehammer in the Howling Fjord. Once the job is done, give him the Harpoon Control Mechanism back.
Description of the It goes to 11 WotLK quest:
“We must strike while the vrykul forces are in disarray! Take the harpoon control mechanism to Nifflevar and locate the northernmost harpoon building on the bluff side of the village.
Once there, commandeer one of the vrykul harpoon guns that are stationed on the building’s deck. Use the harpoon gun to rain hell on Wyrmskull Village! Destroy the longhouse, dockhouse, storage facility and any defenders that the vrykul may send at you!
Do this and Daggercap Bay will become a much safer port!”
How to finish the It goes to 11 WotLK quest?
Use the Harpoon Controller in your inventory to go to the first harpoon you see. You will have to wait for someone to leave the area or perish if both harpoons are being used. Don’t be concerned by the large lever at the harpoon launcher in the extreme south. That is for the following action. #1 attacks targets, #2 attacks defenders.
Aim for the three structures at Wyrmskull that are closest to the ocean. The longhouse, dockhouse, and storage facility are arranged from left to right. Target the building’s roof rather than the sides.
Make sure your [View Distance] is set to the maximum setting; otherwise, you might not be able to view the structures. By pressing [Esc] and then selecting [Video] from the settings menu on the ledt, you can change the resolution and effects. The first slider on the left, just below the large Video Quality slider, is labeled [Effects]. For a greater distance, shift it to the right [View Distance]. Put it back after the task because it can make you slower. Keep it there if you’d want if it doesn’t slow you down. Hit the roof to get it with regard to the Longhouse!
If you stay in the harpoon control for too long, even though there is no countdown, you will finally be propelled out to land in Daggerbay. To get back to Valgarde, you must swim.
