Today we explain Rocket League car hitboxes. The only thing that differentiates the vehicles in Rocket League is their hitboxes, despite the fact that some players may believe that one car is faster or has a stronger boost than others.

Are car Hitboxes different in Rocket League?

How the ball and other cars interact is determined by the hitbox. Measurements like length, weight, height, surface, and volume are taken into account. The six varieties of hitboxes—Dominus, Breakout, Hybrid, Merc, Octane, and Plank—have different variations on these characteristics. Before diving into our guide, check out the latest Rocket League codes for July 2022 and win juicy goodies!

What cars have the best hitbox in Rocket League?

In the Rocket League community and esports scene, Octane and Dominus cars are the most well-liked of the six categories. In the end, everything comes down to personal preference and the hitbox you are accustomed to using.

Octane hitbox

With a shorter distance between presets and a higher car, cars with the Octane hitbox offer more ball control when struck from the front or the side of the vehicle.
