We’re going to rank every character in the MultiVersus cast and explain why we believe some characters are superior to others.
F tier MultiVersus characters
Iron Giant: Iron Giant is simply too large in MultiVersus, and we don’t mean to size shame him. He is at least three times as big as the other characters, and it shows. He is slow and easy to hit, contrary to what his stature might imply, yet he hits forcefully, which prevents him from being D tier.
He does have some powerful strikes, and he’s a great character for fighting multiple foes at once. He is at the bottom, nevertheless, because any harm or attacks must be overcome by sheer willpower due to his size, heft, and sluggishness.
D tier MultiVersus characters
Velma Dinkley: The one puzzle that Velma needs to overcome is why, while having an intriguing moveset, she is currently not very good in MultiVersus. She excels at both helping her comrades and damaging her opponents as a Support archetype character.

Reindog: Reindog, another Support character whose Strength isn’t quite up to par, is undoubtedly one of the cutest characters on the cast. They are large, slow, and have a variety of special attacks that, in order to be effective, call for great skill, accuracy, and timing.
Those unique attacks do offer some highly useful advantages, such as continually wounding and shocking adversaries. However, Reindog clearly falls short at the moment when compared to the raw power you get from other characters.
C tier MultiVersus characters
Wonder Woman: Although Wonder Woman is nice, even good, she is somewhat simplistic. She is capable of everything you may expect her to be able to do in MultiVersus, and she uses the Lasso of Truth, but she doesn’t accomplish anything particularly noteworthy.
Despite the variety of benefits and boosts they provide, her Warrior’s Charge and Defense of the Gods Special Abilities aren’t as effective as they may be. She can cover the ground game very well, but she doesn’t have much else that can make her stand out above the rest of the squad. She’s not horrible, no doubt, but there are a lot more compelling people out there.
Arya Stark: Arya Stark of Winterfell is not someone you can depend on to be lethal, no matter where they are. Her attacks take full advantage of Needle to breach defenses and do substantial damage. She is a very skilled character, though, and her moveset doesn’t appear to be worth the time it takes to master her.
She can throw projectiles, dash and teleport about the map to evade attacks, stun adversaries, steal their faces, and daze them. However, there is currently no benefit to learning how to combo these moves with her projectiles.
Steven Universe: Steven Universe is a unique character in MultiVersus who can summon bubbles and shields that he can utilize as extra platforms. However, he isn’t nearly a top-tier character at the moment. He is a superb Support archetype character who can improve teammates’ armor and deflect bullets utilizing his shields and bubbles to capture adversaries.
However, those advantages are essentially a compromise for Steven’s low damage output and lackluster manoeuvrability. Steven is now one of the best support characters, despite the class’ problems in the current state of the game, and it is hoped that some changes will be made to improve their powers.
B tier MultiVersus characters
Shaggy: Shaggy actually is the definition of a brawler in MultiVersus. He is a terrific character in many ways, and he can throw punches and sandwiches with the best of them. Even though he can make himself angry with his “Zoinks!” Special, he’s not the most straightforward character to master.
Because you can launch many attacks without touching the ground, his flying kick special can easily be abused and knock opponents to the ground. His overheads, down strikes, and special move, the Power Uppercut, may hit opponents while they are in the air. Shaggy has a lot of flexibility, but to make the most of his moveset, you really need to know how to use him.
Jake the Dog: Although Jake can be a very strong Bruiser character, he just doesn’t measure up to his contemporaries, even Finn. He is nevertheless one of the game’s most enjoyable characters. Jake’s Rubber Stomach is available, dude! You should absolutely check out the Special Attack, which is awesome and can consume and weaken opponent players.
But his primary attacks, which may completely destroy opponents, are where he really excels, as his damage output and capacity to seize control of the stage demonstrates his strength. The strength he has in reserve is also highlighted by charging these assaults and disabling armor.
Bugs Bunny: Bugs Bunny is a top-tier character because he is a threat both within and outside of MultiVersus. Bugs Bunny, another character that excels at both near and far ranges, can surprise opponents because he is a Hybrid class.
He can escape danger because to the delayed effects of his Special Delive-Rocket special ability and the ease with which he may avoid opponent strikes thanks to his Bunny Burrow move. But when Bugs enters the fray, he can hold his own thanks to his strong charged attacks and straightforward combos.
Tom and Jerry: Tom and Jerry, who specializes in ranged assaults, is an excellent character to choose if you find it difficult to avoid attacks while engaged in combat. When you consider how much Jerry’s positioning can aid Tom’s Special Attacks to maximize their effectiveness, this character could be regarded as having high skill. Nevertheless, this combo together makes for a great character that can inflict significant damage when the circumstances call for it.

Superman: Superman is a fantastic character in MultiVersus, regardless of whether he is a Man of Steel or not, and you should get to know him in the game. He’s not the toughest, so you should exercise caution before picking a battle with him. Taz: Wait until you play Taz if you thought Harley was dangerous. Harley Quinn: As an Assassin archetype, Harley Quinn is designed to strike her targets hard and catch them off guard. Batman: Although you probably didn’t anticipate it, The Dark Knight is now a really, really strong character in MultiVersus. This is because to his excellent mobility, which he acquired with his repeatable and spammable Bat-Grapple.
When it comes to his attacks and specialties, his bombs are excellent at distracting opponents, while the projectiles from his Bat-Slide and Batarang may blanket the air and ground while he isn’t flitting from one area to another.
