Are you lookin for Stray music sheet locations? Even though Stray is a relatively tiny and quick game, it is full with hidden items, treasures, and side quests that are easy to miss if you don’t take the time to look around. But even if you do spend some time exploring Stray’s gorgeous cyberpunk setting, you’ll probably still struggle to track down every piece of collecting sheet music in the game.
That’s unfortunate because the quest to locate every piece of sheet music in Stray is one that’s well worth starting. Although the rewards for completing the quest are quite meager, the process of tracking down every piece of sheet music will reveal parts of Stray’s universe that you could have otherwise easily overlooked. Who doesn’t enjoy getting access to a few more songs, after all?

Find Morusque
Although you can start seeking for sheet music at any time in Stray, Morusque—a musical robot looking for new songs to play—actually assigns you the task.
Near where you meet The Guardian, in the area known as The Slums, is where you’ll locate Morusque. From there, descend the steps and turn left. Morusque should appear shortly after that. They are mechanical person with a guitar and fake hair on their head. They are difficult to miss.
Even though you can start this quest without speaking to Morusque, keeping their location in mind is a good idea. Not only will you eventually have to give them the sheet music, but you can find a few parts of it by stopping by their location.
Stray music sheet location 1: Petit Valse
Beginning where you first met The Guardian, ascend to the nearby rooftops. From there, a striking orange neon sign ought to be visible. Look for the open window beneath that sign as you move toward it. In front of the window is Momo’s residence.
Once inside the flat, search for a metal door that’s next to an adjacent corridor on the left. The bars around the bottom of that door should allow you to pass through and enter the subsequent area. The top of the shelf in that room holds the sheet music.
Stray music sheet location 2: Ballad of the Lonely Robot
Go to the Dufer Pub, the bar with the large red neon sign above it, and climb onto the vending machine adjacent. Work your way up to the rooftops from there. You should eventually spot a paper lantern close to an open window. There is a balcony with a table, chairs, and umbrella to the right of that window.
You should be able to see a piece of sheet music on the nearby table if you proceed to the balcony.
Stray music sheet location 3: Untitled
From Dufer Bar, turn left and enter the nearby alley. When you reach a red door with a glowing yellow sign above it, continue walking down the alley. The name of this place is “Elliot Programming.” Someone should come and let you in if you scratch the door.
Once inside, look to your right for the painting on the wall. Your next piece of music is on that artwork.
Stray music sheet location 4: The Way You Compute Tonight
This one is a bit challenging. In essence, a robot named Azooz will cheerfully exchange a piece of music for an energy drink. If you have an extra energy drink, you’re good to go! If not, you will have to locate one.
If you want to know all Stray energy drink locations, we have already gathered them.
There are vending machines all around this place that sell energy drinks, and they’re just so happens to be one close to the palace where you met The Guardian. Simply proceed to that location and descend the neighboring steps on the left. On your right, as you continue to walk, should be a vending machine. Engage it, get your energy drink, and then return to the seller to get your sheet music.
Stray music sheet location 5: Tomorrows
Enter Dufer Bar, then turn left to ascend the steps. When you get to the top of the steps, turn right.
From there, search for a row of booths by the adjacent wall. This piece of music is on the top of one of the tables in the booth. If you’re having trouble finding the appropriate table, it’s the one in the middle of the room, immediately across from the pool table.
Stray music sheet location 6: Cool Down
Recall the flat we mentioned in the Sheet Music 2 section with the open window and the paper lantern? Return to the apartment and, this time, leap through the window as opposed to the adjacent balcony.
After entering the apartment through that window, proceed straight until you come to a sliding wood door with broken glass. Look for a little bookcase on your right after passing through one of the squares in that door that is left open. That bookcase contains the music notation.
Stray music sheet location 7: Mildly Important Information
This one isn’t too difficult to find, but it’s a little tricky to get to.
If you’re already in or close to the apartment where Sheet Music 6 was found, just go out the open window there and climb up onto the adjoining balcony where Sheet Music 2 was located.
A vivid orange-and-red neon sign is just across from you. You should notice a balcony close to some traffic cones, a few hanging paper lanterns, and an odd blue light if you look to the left of that sign. To get to that balcony, proceed along the pipes and rooftops in the area.
Head through the tiny opening at the balcony door’s bottom. Soon you’ll be inside a little library. Take a right, then the following left that is offered. A piano ought to be at the center of the space. On that piano sits, oddly enough, Sheet Music 7.
Stray music sheet location 8: Unreadable Sheet Music
Just to the right of Morusque, there is an alleyway. The last sheet music can be found in a small safe down that passage.
To find the code for that safe, you are technically required to go through a complete little adventure. But given that you’re here, I assume you’d like to know that the safe’s code is 1283. Go back to Morusque after entering the code and obtaining the Sheet Music. If you haven’t already started turning in the music, hand each sheet to him individually. Eventually, he’ll give you the Music Badge and the Meowlody Trophy/Achievement.
Congratulations! Also, we have already explained if you wonder how to solve the Stray mysterious password.
