Simply return to the tower where you originally met Guardian if you can’t find the market or Azooz. Energy Drink 1: Outside Doc’s apartment

Follow the tiny wooden ramp to the left from Heptor. Look down once you’ve ascended the ramp to see a balcony. Make your way down to the balcony and interact with the last Vending Machine there to obtain the last Energy Drink.
