The latest Snoop Dogg Eminem BAYC collab brings us a new song called From The D 2 LBC, where protagonists are Bored Apes from NFT world representing Shady and D-O-Double-G. There were a couple of Hip Hop/rap releases on Friday midnight (June 24). However, no one expected a collaboration from Eminem and Snoop Dogg — not even tonight. Eminem sent a tweet showcasing a new song called “From The D 2 LBC,” as well as its video.
Eminem sent a tweet saying: “Took too long to reconnect with @snoopdogg you know we had to make a movie!”

The video’s cover art was also released, which had a comic book aesthetic and featured two cartoon monkeys to symbolize Snoop Dogg Eminem BAYC collab. Both rappers already own NFTs from Bored Ape Yach Club.

From The D 2 LBC is out!
Even though Eminem dissed Snoop on his latest Music To Be Murdered By: Side B, the two legendary rappers seem to be fine with each other. Eminem told “I think it was more about the tone he was using that caught me off-guard ’cause I’m like, where is this coming from? I just saw you, what the f**k? It threw me for a loop. Again, I probably could’ve gotten past the whole tone and everything, but it was the last statement where he said, ‘Far as music I can live without, I can live without that sh*t.’ Now you’re being disrespectful. It just caught me off-guard. I wasn’t ready for that,” back then. Now two legends collaborated again. You can watch From The D 2 The LBC aka Snoop Dogg Eminem BAYC collab in the below video:
BAYC owners include Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, and Dr. Dre, who are all scheduled to perform this year. In fact, both hip-hop legends have revealed their NFT purchases in the last two weeks. Furthermore, Snoop Dogg is one of the most popular Twitter NFT influencers under the handle Cozomo de’ Medici.
What BAYC did Eminem buy?
GeeGazza and Bored Ape collaborated on the #9055 artwork, which they dubbed “EminApe” after the ape’s resemblance to Eminem: Marshall Mathers III is accessorized with a gold chain necklace and a khaki army cap that is very similar to the one Eminem wears in real life.
I still think @Eminem is destined to buy my @BoredApeYC one day. pic.twitter.com/JuoNdE446Q

GeeGazza has been trying to complete the transaction with the celebrity for a while. The acquisition took place on OpenSea’s NFT marketplace, and Six, the digital firm that previously handled NFT transactions for other celebrities like Wu-Tang Clan, Tycho, and Galantis, completed the deal.
For one, Snoop Dogg Eminem BAYC collab is not the first time Slim Shady bought an NFT; “Shady Holdings” from his OpenSea portfolio already features several digital collectibles, including several “Lil Baby Doodles X” NFTs. The rapper’s “Ditaggdogg#1” artwork and a second ape called the “Superlative Apes #3880” have also been acquired in addition to a number of digital collectibles.
I’m living in a simulation.
Thank you @Eminem for buying my ape and joining the club!
Madness. Let me write a lyric in your next single 🤣 pic.twitter.com/myGNRmMLeD

The “Bored Ape Yacht Club” set of NFTs, which became particularly popular in 2021, generated more than $1 billion in global trade volume and had 6,082 owners, according to blockchain data aggregator Defi Llama.
What bored ape does Snoop own?
Snoop Dogg is a Cozomo de’ Medici NFT collector, but the Bored Ape Yacht Club had been strangely absent from his collection. In December, the rapper aped in hard by collaborating with MoonPay to acquire a Bored Ape and a Bored Ape Kennel Club buddy as well as two Mutant Apes using MoonPay. So Snoop Dogg Eminem BAYC collab is not the first experience of D-O-Double-G with NFTs.

Besides the latest Snoop Dogg Eminem BAYC collab, Snoop owns a complete set of BAYC, MAYC (M1 and M2), as well as the Bored Ape Kennel Club. Snoop Dogg, also known by his Twitter handle Cozomomedici, has CryptoPunks, Artblocks, XCOPY, and many other high-value NFTs. But on the other side, Bill Gates says NFTs are based on greater fool theory. If you are on the producer side of NFTs, minting and copyright, what should you know as an artist? Don’t forget to listen From The D 2 LBC, it’s pretty funny we gotta admit!
