You can find classic Steam free games in this article. Bethesda announced that it would be closing down its proprietary PC game launcher and transferring affected titles back to Steam. Now, as we approach May 11, Bethesda is beginning to add some of its vintage games to Steam. Some are coming out for the first time on Valve’s digital marketplace, while others cost nothing at all.

Elder Scrolls Arena and its sequel Daggerfall are both available for free. Additionally, the online multiplayer shooter Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory is currently priced at $0. The following two games are quite affordable, with Redguard costing $6 and Battlespire costing $6 each.

While all of these games reside in popular franchises, they are older titles that haven’t aged well in certain respects. And it doesn’t appear as though Bethesda has updated these classics ahead of the shift to Steam. However, broadly, many tools and modifications are available that may enhance your playing experience while playing classic PC games.
