There have been several rumors about the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090, and according to them, NVIDIA is currently testing its next-generation AD102 GPU, which is expected to drive the GeForce RTX 4090 graphics card.

The AD102 GPU, which is based on NVIDIA’s Lovelace architecture, will be utilized in cards like the RTX 4090 and RTX 4080. According to reliable Twitter leaker Kopite7kimi, the graphics cards will have a 24 Gbps GDDR6X memory. RTX 4090, it could have a TDP (Thermal Design Power) of 600W or even as high as 800 or 850W. To compare, the already power-hungry RTX 3090 boasts a maximum TDP of 350W. If the rumors are true, the price of the RTX 4090 will be high, and the energy costs of constantly running it can be high.
