FFXIV Hatching Tide 2022 event guide is here for you. Returning to Final Fantasy XIV, the Hatching-tide event will occur this month. Eorzea is a fantasy world in which the Easter celebration takes place. During the holiday event, players can anticipate numerous egg-based jokes and rewards to be found on the streets of Gridania. And with this occasion starting immediately following Patch 6.1 for Final Fantasy XIV’s release, gamers will have no trouble finding fellow egg hunters to join them in their adventures.
FFXIV Hatching Tide 2022: Dates, quests, and rewards
Gamers who are jumping into Final Fantasy XIV for the new update will want to stay up late to experience everything Hatching-tide has to offer. The event’s story is not considered canon with the main narrative, but it is a seasonal event. On the other hand, seasonal events provide players with opportunities to obtain cosmetic items for a limited time. One of the most popular aspects of these rewards is that they are often not available in-game following the event, instead of showing up on Square Enix’s cash shop a year later. These seasonal activities generally have a short duration, and offer players limited cosmetics for completing them.
The return of seasonal rewards in Final Fantasy XIV has lured many gamers back to the game, with last Hatching-tide providing chicken costumes to players. This year, players will be able to acquire a minion and emote-themed around the Hatching-tide event. Many ‘Hatching Bunny’ minions will be able to walk about freely now that they have finished the questline for ‘Eat Egg.’ Players can also obtain egg-themed baskets and mobile phones after finishing the Hatching-tide storyline.
