For the macOS 12 Monterey and iOS 15, Apple released a new version of Pages, Keynote, and Numbers that focuses on the company’s iWork suite of applications available on numerous devices.
What does Apple offer with Pages, Keynote and Numbers update?
The update places a lot of emphasis on these programs, with the goal of satisfying clients’ additional demands.
Keynote
On iOS, Keynote now offers a 400 percent maximum zoom level, as well as a new font size editing tool that allows you to change the font size with up to two decimal places. On a Mac, Shortcuts can be used to make or open presentations, rehearse a slideshow, or start presenting.
Numbers
Users can now copy table cells with no formulas, categories, or hidden values, as well as formulas and cells that can be filled with autofill using VoiceOver on Numbers for iOS. With up to two decimal places, Numbers also enables closer font size adjustments.
Shortcuts may be used to generate or open spreadsheets, add rows to a table, and create formulas and fill cells with autofill on Mac. VoiceOver can also be used to create a formula and fill cells using autofill.
Pages
The Pages for iOS app now allows you to publish your book directly to Apple Books with file sizes up on the 2GB threshold, and there’s a button to launch the document quickly from the iPhone home screen by tapping and holding the Pages app logo.
With VoiceOver, comments can be read, changes can be tracked, and font size may be changed more precisely.
Pages on Mac has the same VoiceOver support and Shortcuts may be used to create and open documents.
