Fortnite Zero Build mode came. One of the game’s most memorable features, building, was removed from Fortnite for its latest season. Now, with the introduction of Zero Build mode, Epic appears to be making the change more permanent.
What is Fortnite Zero Build mode?
The mode is named after its emphasis on combat. Players are unable to construct defensive structures in this mode; however, Fortnite recently added a new shield and faster movement capabilities to make up for it, resulting in a more fast-paced game.
Is building back in Fortnite?
Fortnite fans can now play the game’s Standard Battle Royale mode without building anything. Solo, duos, trios, and squad modes are all available to play in Epic Games’ Fortnite; it joins an ever-expanding list of ways to play the game, including Creative, Impostors, and Party Royale. The normal battle royale mode isn’t accessible at the moment, however. The inclusion of a Zero Build option implies that construction will be incorporated back into the experience in a different mode, but Epic has yet to say when or how it will happen.
