Intel Ark GPU specs revealed at Samsung Galaxy Book 2 Pro’s listing. Intel Arc dedicated laptop GPUs were planned to launch at the end of March, but one retailer prematurely revealed one Arc-powered laptop before the lineup’s debut. A listing for the Samsung Galaxy Book 2 Pro, a 12th-generation Intel ultrabook with an Arc graphics card, was briefly posted and then deleted by an online store.

A 15.6-inch Samsung Galaxy Book 2 Pro was listed on a US retailer’s product page earlier this week, according to someone on Twitter. The laptop was decked with a 12th generation Intel Core i7 CPU, 16GB of LPDDR5 memory clocked at 6400 MHz, and an unknown Intel Arc graphics chip with a price tag of $1,350. The page was deleted from the store after the news went public. The accidental disclosure of the Intel Arc-powered laptop took place at the same time as the release of the rest of Samsung’s Galaxy Book 2 range, all of which feature 12th-generation Intel CPUs.

On March 30, Team Blue announced that it would be releasing the Arc Alchemist GPUs in a one-time event dubbed “A New Stage of the Game” this week. This early listing suggests that Samsung’s Galaxy Book 2 Pro will be one of the first laptops to include the new cards. It’s no secret that Intel has gotten a lot of heat for delaying the release of their own graphics cards. We anticipate its desktop line to be released in May or June.

The Galaxy Book 2 Pro will likely be powered by an Intel Arc A370M, which Intel vice president Lisa Pearce said would be the first to hit the market. The chipmaker designed the A370M for thin and light laptops. It supposedly delivers twice the performance of Intel Iris Xe integrated graphics without heating issues or heavy power consumption.

The Galaxy Book 2 Pro will most likely be powered by an Intel Arc A370M, which Intel vice president Lisa Pearce claims will be the first to launch. The A370M was designed specifically for thin and light laptops. It is said to outperform Intel Iris Xe integrated graphics while maintaining operational stability, as well as providing twice the performance with less heating and power consumption.

The Samsung Galaxy Book 2 Pro is a lightweight laptop with a dedicated GPU, weighing only 2.5 pounds. This progress might signal an era of gaming-ready laptops that are smaller in size.
