Today we are going to review the expected specs, price and release date of the Nvidia GeForce RTX 40 series. Reports about the next series of graphics processors, the RTX 40 series, from Nvidia, have started to surface online as the company attempts to launch the highly-anticipated RTX 3090 Ti. While there is no direct information, a leaker tweeted that a future Nvidia graphics processor would have “xx90” in its name, suggesting that it may be the rumored RTX 4090 Ti.
Nvidia GeForce RTX 40 Series GPU will require a lot of power
According to reports citing leaker @kopite7kimi, Nvidia is developing the next generation of graphics processors which has 600W TGP. However, the leaker claims that “it’s too early to talk about it.” This is because Nvidia hasn’t released the RTX 3090 Ti yet. It’s worth noting that GPU coolers are designed long before graphics card production begins.
The most important takeaway from the study appears to be that future Nvidia graphics processors, which will be more powerful than the current RTX 3090 processor, will require coolers capable of dissipating 600W of energy. Given that the Asus ROG Strix 3090 graphics card has a TGP of 480W, it’s reasonable to guess how powerful a graphics card with 600W TGP would be.
Nvidia GeForce RTX 3090 Ti expected to launch soon
The company appears, however, to have addressed some of the prior problems. Nvidia has completed board design, according to a report, and the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3090 Ti may be launched this month.
It’s also been claimed that Nvidia has completely removed the RTX 3070 Ti 16GB edition from their to-do list. The less expensive graphics card was only available to a limited number of certifications. Because of further challenges, Nvidia may have abandoned plans to produce it.
Nvidia GeForce RTX 3090 Ti expected specifications
The Nvidia GeForce RTX 3090 Ti is expected to have 24GB of 21Gbps Micron modules and a bandwidth of up to 1 TB/s. It’s also thought that the graphics card won’t go into general circulation.
Instead, limited quantities will be produced. The Nvidia RTX GeForce 3090 Ti could retail for as much as $5,000 considering the scarcity of chips and high demand.
