Four new Cyberpunk 2077 apartments were added after the game’s release as part of the 1.5 update. There are four more apartments to discover in four areas of the city, each more expensive than the preceding one. Although you may rent each one, they are purchased for a one-time price, making them yours to use and earn apartment buffs. You may also renovate your apartment using the EZEstates website if you’re satisfied with where you started.
How to find Cyberpunk 2077 apartments?
Apartments are a new questing type that was added with the 1.5 update, allowing you to buy new apartments or restore your current apartment in Megabuilding H10. The four new sites, in particular, are referred to as “Welcome Home” and should appear on-screen. Note that these are only accessible after you’ve completed the ‘Playing for Time’ mission.
You can now access all apartments and renovations through the EZEstates website. To do so, go to your first apartment provided to you as part of the story in Megabuilding H10 and look at the computer. This is in the area between the front door and the bathroom.
Select EZEstates from the bottom right of the screen. The default option will display the four fresh apartments, but you may choose ‘Renovations’ on the left to see how to improve your present house. For each renovation, the game will ask you to pay $10,000. However, if you invested the same amount in a completely new apartment to live in, that would be our recommendation.
Locations and costs of Cyberpunk 2077 apartments
There are four more apartment buildings beyond the initial one in Megabuilding H10 to discover and rent, each with a different price range:
- Northside, Watson ($5,000)
- Japantown, Westbrook ($15,000)
- The Glen, Heywood ($40,000)
- Corpo Plaza, City Center ($55,000)
You may find them in-game by selecting the relevant quest in your journal or when viewing the map, use a Custom filter to display “Apartment for Rent.” Track the job for the specific area and interact with the pad by the door if you go in person. Assuming you have the required credits, your new house is yours.
