The second-generation OnePlus Nord CE2 has debuted as the replacement for the OnePlus Nord CE. It includes a new design, as well as some hardware improvements. For example, the device now features a dedicated microSD slot, a Dimensity CPU, and faster 65W charging support. So you won’t notice a significant difference in weight or size between them
Display: The OnePlus Nord CE 2 has a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, as does the original model.
Processor: The Nord CE 2 is built on a Dimensity 900 chip. In contrast, the Nord CE was designed around the Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G chip.
RAM: The OnePlus Nord CE 2 comes in 6GB and 8GB RAM configurations. The original Nord came with either 6GB, 8GB, or 12GB of RAM.
Storage: The OnePlus Nord CE 2 comes with a single 128GB storage capacity, whereas the OnePlus Nord CE offers a 256GB storage variant. It’s worth noting that on the new edition, the storage is expandable up to 1TB.
Rear Camera: The OnePlus Nord CE 2 offers the same triple rear camera setup as the original, with a 64-megapixel main lens, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro lens.
Front camera: The Nord CE 2 features a 16-megapixel selfie camera, which is the same as the prior model.
Battery: According to the company’s website, the OnePlus Nord 2 CE and Nord CE have a 4500mAh battery. In contrast to the Nord CE, which supports charging up to 30W, the former has support for higher charging speeds of 65W.
Software: Unfortunately, the new model of the OnePlus Nord CE 2 has not been updated to Android 11, as with its predecessor.
Connectivity and security: 5G, Bluetooth, GPS, WiFi, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm audio jack are among the connectivity features on the OnePlus Nord CE 2 and Nord CE. On both devices, there’s an in-display fingerprint scanner for authentication.

The OnePlus Nord CE 2 is available for purchase for $320 with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The 8GB RAM and 128GB storage model costs $335.
On the other side, the OnePlus Nord CE was introduced at 308 dollars for the base 6GB RAM and 128GB version, 8GB RAM and 128 GB storage model cost 335 dollars, while 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant was priced at 375 dollars.
