The Pokémon Company is prepared to rejoice as the Pokémon Day approaches on February 27th!
What will be announced until Pokemon Day?
According to The Pokémon Company’s Twitter, the company will provide additional information on its current software leading up to February 27th. News about particular Pokémon items will be revealed every day starting February 21st. Pokémon Day lead-up news are scheduled to be announced for the following Pokémon items: Pokémon Masters EX, Pokémon Sword and Shield, Pokémon Café Mix, Pokémon Unite, P25 Music, and Pokémon GO. Pokémon Company is on its way to making 6 new announcements.

Pokémon Day is held on April 27, the anniversary of the original Pokémon games, Pokémon Red and Green in Japan. The franchise celebrated its 25th-anniversary last year on Pokémon Day. Both Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl were revealed as well as Pokémon Legends Arceus in their Pokémon Presents.
While it is unclear what the Pokémon Company may announce this year, it could potentially be related to Legends Arceus or a new mainline entry into the franchise.
