According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, Apple’s 2022 MacBook Pro editions may include an M2 processor but no ProMotion or mini-LED display. According to 9to5Mac, the next-generation entry-level MacBook Pro is in the works.
Apple’s 2021 MacBook Pros with the company’s M1 Pro and M1 Max processors had a display with ProMotion and mini-LEDs. The technology allows for refresh rates up to 120Hz.
Apple will release MacBook Pro and more in 2022
Gurman also thinks that the MacBook Pro will receive an upgrade in 2022. This year, Gurman predicts that the MacBook Air, 24-inch iMac, and entry-level Mac Mini will each be updated.
In 2022, Apple is expected to introduce a large number of new gadgets, aside from Macs. The iPhone SE 3, iPhone 14, and Apple Watch Series 8 are among the products said to be released in that year. The company has yet to announce the date for its next event, but it’s likely to take place in early March.
