On Twitter, former Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey told Cardi B that Bitcoin is going to replace the U.S. dollar. His belief in Bitcoin is clear from his support of the cryptocurrency, especially as the U.S. dollar becomes increasingly unpopular due to its economic instability.
Yes, Bitcoin will

After stepping down as CEO of the social media giant in late November, Dorsey also renamed Square, his mobile payment company, to “Block.” He has now taken on a dream job as a full-time Bitcoin advocate.
Is Bitcoin will replace the U.S. dollar?
The Grammy Award-winning rapper and the tech billionaire exchanged witty comments about the inevitability of bitcoin usurping the dollar. This got a lot of people thinking about whether cryptocurrencies will take over the world.
The crypto community also showed up in Cardi B’s replies, with Dogecoin co-founder Billy Markus posting a meme about how Dogecoin is more stable than the U.S. dollar.

In a separate tweet, Dorsey also took aim at the “web3” term that is used to vaguely describe the next generation of the internet.
The Block CEO says that this is only “a centralized entity with a different label.”
He’s not the only billionaire who doesn’t want to be a part of the new crypto trend. Tesla CEO Elon Musk called web3 “BS” earlier this month. In a recent tweet, he says it sounds like a marketing buzzword, not the future of the internet.
In another tweet, Dorsey said that it’s important to focus on resilient technologies that are actually owned by people.
I believe in you and your ability to understand systems. It’s critical we focus our energy on truly secure and resilient technologies owned by the mass of people, not individuals or institutions. Only that foundation will provide for the applications you allude to.
