Foldable iPad patented by Apple. Samsung has made a variety of foldable gadgets in varying shapes and sizes, while Google is apparently working on its own foldable phone, which Apple is undoubtedly also considering. This may be observed in the form of a brand-new Apple patent that has just been granted.
Foldable iPad is coming
A foldable tablet-looking gadget was patented by Apple last month, according to the US Patent and Trademark Office. The patented technology covers several electronic gadgets and displays that are used together in a system. Figures in the patent demonstrate a pair of electronic devices supported by a bendable casing with an internal hinged mechanism, as well as a pair of electronic devices within a case that has been folded back on itself.
A future mode of the invention is known as the joint operating mode, in which one picture may be split into two displays or treated as a single big image. The concept appears to be quite comparable to Microsoft’s Surface Neo, a portable computer that some people thought was a foldable tablet.
