According to Downdetector, users of several major applications such as Spotify, Snapchat, Discord, Fitbit, and Nest are having problems accessing and posting on social media sites.
Downdectector is a software that allows users to report when they are having trouble with applications or websites.
Spotify down
At around 5:30pm on Tuesday, issues began with several apps.
Users on Spotify had a variety of problems, as shown in the chart below. nOn Spotify, 52% of users reported having difficulties with the app, 32% said there were issues with the website, and 16% claimed they were unable to listen to music.

It is unknown what caused the app problems, and when they will be resolved, but Spotify announced that it is aware of them and investigating them on its official Twitter account.
Snapchat down
Users began complaining about Snapchat issues at roughly the same moment, when attempting to create messages.
Users reported that uninstalling and reinstalling the program was insufficient to solve the problem.
Discord down
The server connection was also an issue for users of Discord, with 39 percent reporting difficulties.
Furthermore, with regards to the app’s performance, 36% of users had problems and 25% had trouble sending messages.
Fitbit down
Around the same time, Fitbit users began complaining about the app freezing up. A whopping 62% of people had trouble using the application, while 21% reported problems with the website, and 17% said they’d been unable to log in.
Google Cloud down
Reports were also submitted to Google, the world’s largest search engine, as well as Google Cloud.
Pokemen down
Pokemon Go players also reported difficulties with their app, with 76% stating they had problems logging in during the main outage.
