The first Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – Definitive Edition gameplay footage has leaked just a few days before the game’s scheduled release.
Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy remaster gameplay leaked
Since the first announcement, there’s been no gameplay footage shared by Rockstar for the remastered games. They only shared a video showing cutscenes from three games, rather than showing the actual gameplay:
The first gameplay footage shows the re-released Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas running on PS4. This video was shared on Reddit today. To be honest, it doesn’t look bad at all. The game’s draw distance, in particular, appears considerably better than that of the PS2 version.

According to the player: “Traffic feels the same on ps4 but I’m guessing pc and ps5 will bump that up. Frame rate is solid. Feels like san Andrea’s with quality of life improvements. This aiming is very similar but you have sensivity sliders etc. Driving feels similar but tighter too which is nice shooting feels exactly the same to be honest couldn’t tell the difference.”
VGC has been able to collect three videos showing the remastered versions of Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.

These leaked gameplay videos provide a far better idea of how these remasters will look like. To be fair, most of the players should like the new weapon UI which offers an experience similar to GTA-V.
