Last August, someone bought $3,400 worth of SHIB. It’s now valued at $1.55 billion. On Thursday, an address that anticipated purchasing $3,400 worth of Shiba Inu (SHIB) last August saw the price of the coins surge to a staggering $1.55 billion.

The mysterious SHIB hodler spent a total of $3,400 worth of Wrapped Ethereum (wETH) on nine purchases in August 2020, according to Etherscan.
In total, the unknown individual has spent SHIB 44 times since August 2020 — with $3,200 as the maximum purchase at any one time — and their overall holding of 70,200,003,107,594 SHIB is now worth $5.63 billion.
After the wallet address was tweeted, user Untraceable asked if the SHIB market is liquid enough to “absorb $5.7 billion if this wallet sells?”

The hodler has become a crypto billionaire from their August purchases alone, as the price of SHIB has climbed more than 94,278,239.8% over the last year to $0.00008094.
At the time of this writing, SHIB is ranked ninth, whereas DOGE is positioned 11th with a market value of $31.6 billion. The flippening of Dogecoin has given rise to a new online meme in which users mock Dogecoin as a “boomer meme coin.”
