From today, Apple Music is available on the PlayStation 5, providing gamers with the first comprehensive Apple Music experience on a gaming console. Sony has announced that it will be rolling out access to Apple Music beginning this month.
After weeks of no official word from either Apple or Sony, the news arrives following days of speculation about when and how to get it. The PS5 version of “Apple Music” enables subscribers to play more than 90 million songs, as well as a variety of curated playlists and radio stations right from their console. In addition, music video playback in resolutions up to 4K is possible via the app.
Users may stream music from Apple Music to their iPhone or iPad using Bluetooth headphones, and they can do so in a variety of ways, such as while doing other things. When going between the Apple Music app and another application running on an iPhone or iPad, music videos also support continuous playback.
