By default, the navigation bar of Twitter shows Home, Search, Notifications, and Messages icons. This new functionality, which is still being worked on, will allow each user to pick the most useful shortcuts for themselves.
Users will be able to add two to six items to the navigation bar, with the Home icon being required, according to Saluzzi. There are tabs you can choose from to access Lists, Bookmarks, Profile, Monetization, etc.
According to the leaks, this is how they will look like:
This new feature won’t be accessible to all users, at least for now. Paluzzi predicts that Twitter will limit access to the new feature to subscribers of its premium service, Twitter Blue, which costs $2.99 per month.
