Jane Manchun Wong, a Hong Kong-based technology expert known for uncovering hidden features in popular applications, claims that Twitter is testing Bitcoin tipping on Android devices.

After launching its “tip jar” service in May, Twitter enabled its users to give creators funds. Before this feature it was only possible to send money via centralized payment services like Venmo, PayPal, Square’s Cash App.
In late August, Twitter added Lightning Network-powered Bitcoin payments as a beta feature.
Then, On September 23, Twitter introduced the Tips feature for iOS and Android devices.

Strike is the company that provides the technology for the new service.
With a market share of 72%, Android-based smartphones have a good chance of raising cryptocurrency adoption even more.
Twitter is bringing new NFT features
Twitter also announced new NFT features in late September. Users will be able to display their NFTs on the social networking site with this new feature.
A dedicated tab for collectibles is now being tested by Twitter, according to a screenshot shared by Wong.

It will be possible to view NFTs and learn more about them using the Twitter mobile app.
