How to add the pen menu to the taskbar on Windows 11?

The process is really simple, you just need to follow a series of steps on Windows 11:

  • Right-click on the taskbar and enter “Taskbar Settings.”
  • Next, navigate to Personalization > Taskbar
  • Enter the “Taskbar Corner Icons” menu.
  • You will see a switch next to the “Pen Menu,” turn it “On.”

You’ll see a tiny pen symbol on the taskbar in the lower-right corner of your screen to the left of the clock next time you activate your pen. If you tap the pen menu button in your taskbar, a little pop-up pen menu will appear. It allows you to access Microsoft Whiteboard, Snip & Sketch, pen settings, and pen help. You can also enter to the “Edit Pen Menu” to customize your shortcuts.
