Joinable group calls on Whatsapp
WhatsApp started supporting joinable calls back in July. However, in order to view past calls, you needed to go to the call menu. With this new button, you may simply join a group’s current call. A tiny badge on the group’s display picture in your chat window indicates whether or not the group is still active.
The app also includes a new ‘light’ ringtone for group calls, which will assist you to recognize a WhatsApp call even if you don’t have your phone with you.
