HP renews its popular Spectre x360, a premium 2-in-1 laptop with aluminum on all four sides and the most recent Intel EVO, as well as a camera with artificial intelligence that makes you smarter and keeps track of your attention.
HP Spectre x360 gets a makeover with a camera
HP has just announced the continuation of its popular Spectre x360 laptop. It is one of the most popular 2-in-1 laptops on the market, and this version comes with an artificial intelligence camera that many telecommuters and students will like.
The Spectre x360’s design is once again HP’s vanguard, with very high-quality materials as well as a distinctive look in the back corners of the device next to the hinges.
The hinge is the one that allows us to transform the screen so we can use it on any surface or as if it were a tablet, with a 16″ OLED panel with 3K resolution in 16:10 aspect ratio. Of course, there will be another more affordable model with IPS.

It is a very comfortable format for work but does not exclude those moments of leisure playing games or watching a movie. And, speaking of gaming, in the guts we find the eleventh generation Intel Core i7 together with the RTX 3050.
All of this is part of Intel’s EVO architecture, which guarantees Wi-Fi 6 and high bandwidth among other components like memory, processor, and storage. Yes, the RTX 3050 will allow us to play some games in addition to editing videos and photographs.
It includes four speakers, which HP claims have been refreshed, as well as microphones with ambient noise reduction to round out the entertainment.
This is ideal for meetings and video conferences, and this is where HP has put a lot of effort with a 5MP camera that, through software, has some interesting capabilities.
One of the most important features is autofocus, which we’ve seen in the Logi StreamCam -analysis- and in the newest iPads. Even if we shift across the screen, the camera will attempt to keep us in the middle of the shot.
It also has a beautiful setting, similar to that seen on phones, as well as a mode that corrects the lighting in the room automatically, which is rather intriguing if we have a big window behind us.
In terms of autonomy, it features an 83Wh battery that can last 17 hours in mixed-use and a 90 W charger that charges 50% in 45 minutes.
