Samsung is a smartphone maker that has been able to compete with its two great rivals, Xiaomi and Realme, by evolving mid-range devices. The Galaxy A and Galaxy M ranges have been very successful for Samsung, with hundreds of millions of units sold worldwide.
So far everything had been praised for these two families of smartphones, but recently some Samsung Galaxy A and Galaxy M owners have reported that they are suffering from a strange problem.
This is the strange problem that is affecting some Samsung Galaxy A and Galaxy M users
As we can read in the specialized media SamMobile some users of different models of Galaxy A and Galaxy M series smartphones are suffering from a strange problem that causes their devices to hang and reboot constantly.
Many users of Samsung Galaxy M30s, Galaxy M31s, Galaxy M31s, Galaxy A50, and similar devices in India have been complaining about this problem for a few months on Samsung’s official forums.
Users who have been impacted by this issue report that their phones frequently hang and reboot, preventing them from using the device. Some users have even claimed that their devices fail to boot after rebooting, as they get stuck in a boot loop in which their smartphones do not go beyond the Samsung logo screen.
Owners of Samsung phones with this issue who have taken their devices to a Samsung technical service center in an attempt to repair it using a factory reset without success have been told that the problem is with the motherboard and will have to be replaced, resulting in a repair cost greater than $100. Many smartphone users are unwilling to pay this amount due to the fact that they believe their phones were manufactured with a manufacturing defect, and so Samsung should be responsible for fixing it.
For its part, the Korean company has not yet made any statement on the matter, so we will have to wait to see what measures Samsung takes to solve this problem.
