The time has come. Today is the release day of iOS 15, but also iPadOS 15, watchOS 8, and tvOS 15. Now is the time to prepare your devices to receive these new operating system versions.
iOS 15 release today: prepare your iPhone for the new operating system
Apple announced last week that iOS 15 would reach users on September 20, along with the rest of the operating systems. The one we won’t see today is macOS 12 Monterey, which has no date beyond a vague fall. Although the summary is this:
- Spain: 19:00.
- Canary Islands: 18:00.
- Buenos Aires, Argentina: 14:00.
- Bogota, Colombia: 12:00.
- Mexico City, Mexico: 12:00.
- Quito, Ecuador: 12:00.
- Los Angeles, USA: 10:00.
The iOS 15 release date might be advanced by an hour or delayed by a few minutes. Whatever the final time is, you’ll almost certainly run into some kind of problem if you try to download all of the systems at that moment. The number of users requesting the downloads can slow them down and even fail before they start.
Therefore, the best thing to do is to be patient. Do it when we have access to excellent Wi-Fi. Keep in mind that the procedure might take anywhere from one to two hours in total, so be sure you don’t need your gadgets during that time.
