How to change the background color on Google Docs?
If you don’t like to work against a bright white screen at night, you can easily adjust some settings.
An ingenious solution is to change the background color of the document to a darker one. Some even recommend a black background and white letters because in this scheme the eyes receive fewer photons.
To do this, simply go to the File > Page Setup menu. In the dialog box is the page color option. Simply change the value to a lead color or another color of your choice.
You can set the color even darker with a font color close to white.
