Today we are going to show you how to delete screen time on iPhone and iPad. You may not know it, but with the arrival of iOS 12, our devices include a new feature called Usage Time.

Usage Time is a new section in which we are shown the time we have spent on each application and the general use we have given to the iPhone or iPad.

This trick is going to teach you how to delete scree time that has been set on an app, or the entire app category, through Screen Time on iOS.

This method works both for iPhone and iPad, just follow these steps:

  • Open the “Settings” app on iPhone or iPad.
  • Go to “Usage Time” in the settings.

Once the app limit or category limit has been removed, the app(s) in that category will no longer be limited by the time limit that has been applied. This option is very useful to limit the excessive use of social networks that distract us so much today. Remember that this option is only available for iOS 12 so if you have not yet updated your device, you might need to update your phone first.
