You can now try the latest version of the Mozilla Firefox browser, loaded with new features for cell phones and computers.
Despite having lost ground to Google Chrome, the Mozilla Firefox browser still has a large community of loyal users. And its latest update will likely serve to further swell its user base.
Mozilla Firefox 90 is now available, both in its mobile version for Android and in the desktop version. It is a major update, which introduces a good number of features and improvements aimed at continuing to fight with Chrome for the crown of the best web browser.
All the new features of Mozilla Firefox 90
In the case of the mobile version, Mozilla 90 introduces new features as useful as the autofill of bank details on web pages that request it when making a payment. The speed of the browser is also improved through the BFCache -Back/Forward Cache- system, designed to speed up the loading of previous or following pages by saving their content in cache.
The version for desktop platforms also introduces the possibility of saving and managing debit and credit card data, and support for WebRender technology to speed up page loading.
Some features, such as FTP, have also been removed. In Chrome, this same technology was removed earlier this year.
Firefox 90 is now available for download via the browser’s official website for the desktop version and via the Google Play Store on Android devices.
